Anyway, there are two main characters - Barry Sutton, a cop investigating the mysterious FMS, or, False Memory Syndrome - a phenomenon that drives its victims insane with false memories of a life they never lived.
The other leading character, Helena Smith, Helena Smith, is a neuroscientist that understands the importance of memory; she dedicated her life to creating technology that lets you preserve any moment of the recipient's memories.
That's pretty much the premise I can talk about without spoilers. I will, however, tell you this: Recursion is a sci-fi thriller about memories and how precious they are to us.
It's an addictive story about love, loss, redemption and life.
